Free Miners Club

Terms of service

Terms

Last updated 13 September 2026.

1. What this service is

Free Miners Club is a free game in which an account accrues site credits over time and may exchange them for small cryptocurrency payouts. Credits have no value outside this site, are not a currency, are not a security, and are not held on your behalf as property. Nothing here is an investment, a savings product, or a mining contract, and no physical mining hardware is allocated to any account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally permitted to use a service of this kind. You must not be barred from receiving cryptocurrency under the laws that apply to you.

3. One account per person

You may hold one account. One payout address may be used by one account. Creating additional accounts, or operating accounts on behalf of other people, is grounds for closure and forfeiture of unpaid balances.

4. Fair use

You agree not to use automation, scripts, emulators, bots, or any means of simulating activity you did not perform; not to circumvent timers, daily limits, or verification; and not to misrepresent your location or identity in order to qualify for anything. Advertising and link partners pay for genuine human attention, and anything that fakes it takes money from the service and from other users.

5. Payouts

Payouts are made in the cryptocurrency and to the payment processor stated on the site, subject to the published minimum. Payouts may be held pending review where activity trips the service's automated checks; a held payout is not a forfeited one, and the balance remains on the account while it is reviewed. Payouts may be refused where a term above has been broken.

Transaction fees, processor rules, and blockchain conditions are outside the service's control. An address entered incorrectly cannot be recovered.

6. Rates and rules can change

Output rates, hopper capacity, fuel rewards, minimums, upgrade costs, and referral rates may change at any time, because they depend on advertising revenue that is itself variable. Changes apply going forward. Credits already produced are not repriced.

7. Suspension and closure

An account may be suspended or closed where these terms have been broken, where required by law, or where the service is discontinued. You may close your own account at any time by asking through the contact page. Withdraw any balance first: a closed account cannot be paid.

8. Availability

The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of availability, uptime, or continuity. It may be suspended, changed, or discontinued. If the service closes, reasonable notice will be given so balances at or above the minimum can be withdrawn.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of credits or expected earnings, or for the acts of third-party advertisers, link providers, or payment processors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Third-party content

Adverts and shortlinks lead to sites the operator does not control and is not responsible for. Use your judgement, and do not enter personal details or payment information on a page you reached through a link here.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact
